The Royal Park Hotel is truly a destination within the city of Rochester. Blocks away from the downtown shops and restaurants, when your guests check in for your wedding, they truly don’t have to leave until it’s time to check out – this venue is the definition of a one stop shop for you, your friends & family on the biggest day of your life.
Royal is in their name and providing elegance and great service is their game! We know a thing or two about their reputation. Mike Staff Productions has been lucky enough to work with the team at Royal Park Hotel for years and years. It really does feel like we have a Wedding DJ, Photographer or Videographer(or all three) their every weekend.

Behind the Scenes: Royal Park Hotel
Reception and Ceremony Options: Royal Park Hotel
Belgium Glass Conservatory
Royal Parks one of a kind Conservatory captivates guests as they first catch sight of the Belgian glass walls. With views of private gardens and the hand-carved Italian limestone fountain, this venue space is considered the ‘crown jewel’ of the hotel. It’s open and airy space personifies romance and is a creative alternative to an outdoor ceremony during the cooler months. The Conservatory can comfortably seat 160 guests for ceremonies or 80 for a seated reception.
Royal Grand Ballroom
Large guest list? The elegant Royal Grand Ballroom allows up to 650 guests to attend your wedding celebration. A warm and inviting color scheme, Italian marble gallery and handcrafted Murano crystal chandeliers make for an elegant backdrop. The Royal Grand Ballroom can also accommodate smaller weddings, too.
If the outdoors is your wedding day dream, choose the Park Pavilion, which is located adjacent to the Royal Grand Ballroom. With plenty of space for 220 to attend your ceremony or for 100 at a seated reception. You’ll be saying “I do!” under an elegant white canopy appointed with crystal chandeliers and no shortage of visual drama.
