Our Love Story
A dating app brought Mark and me together! When we met we realized that we had some mutual friends and had almost crossed paths in the past. When he proposed, he brought me to one of the restaurants we frequently visit for dinner. When we got there, he was really picky in telling the host where to seat us. I was really confused until he led us into a private room in the back of the restaurant filled with both of our families and friends. We were able to celebrate with everyone and I was so impressed that he kept it a secret!
Our Wedding Vision
My vision for our wedding was to keep it simple and elegant with touches that made it personal to us. We made some of our decor ourselves, and it was fun to see it all come together.
Our Favorite Wedding Moments
One of my favorite memories from the wedding was our ceremony. The church ceremony was absolutely beautiful. Another favorite moment was dancing and celebrating with all of our friends and family.
Wedding DJ Experience
Our professional wedding DJ, James, was great! He really listened to us when we described what we wanted and also helped guide our music choices. We were on the dance floor all night! Our first dance song was “I Guess I’m In Love” by Clinton Kane. When we were choosing a song, this one was instantly a favorite because we could both really relate to the lyrics.
Wedding Photography Experience
Our wedding photographer, Vesna, was wonderful to work with! She helped us plan the day and made sure to include everything that was important to us in our photos. When I look through the album, I feel like I can relive our amazing day!
Wedding Videography Experience
We decided to get a wedding video so we could relive all of the emotions of the day when we viewed it. We are so excited to see it! Daniel, our wedding videographer, was great to work with.
Our Wedding Planning Advice
My advice to other couples planning their wedding would be to choose great vendors because their guidance really takes a lot of the stress out of planning.
