1. Sponsor & Administrator

The May Zoom Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Mike Staff Productions, 13561 S. West Bayshore Dr, Suite 312, Traverse City, MI 49684.

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 7, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on May 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Promotion Period”). All Zoom consultations must be completed within this period to qualify.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the continental United States, aged 18 or older as of the Promotion Period. Current clients of Mike Staff Productions with wedding dates in 2025 are eligible to participate.

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited. All local, state, and federal laws apply.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes:

• Schedule and complete a Zoom consultation with Mike Staff Productions during the Promotion Period.
• Limit one (1) entry per couple.

Participation in a Zoom consultation during the Promotion Period automatically enters the participant into the Sweepstakes.

5. Prize & Odds

Prize: Couples who complete a Zoom consultation and book services with Mike Staff Productions before or on May 31, 2025, will be eligible to select from following wedding gifts based on which services were booked: 

• $300 print credit
• Raw footage package
• Complimentary ceremony music

Limit: One booking bonus per couple per service booked.  Perk directly related to service as outlined in offer. Offer valid for new clients only.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected via random drawing on or around June 5, 2025 and notified via email or phone on or before June 6, 2025.

The winner may be required to:

• Verify eligibility
• Complete a W-9 form
• Sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law)

Failure to respond or comply within 72 hours may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Taxes & Prize Conditions

Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions allowed, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. A 1099-MISC may be issued in the value of the prize.

9. Consent Agreement

By entering, participants agree to:

• Be bound by these rules
• Allow use of their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation (unless prohibited by law)
• Opt in to receive marketing emails from Mike Staff Productions

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, or misdirected entries
• Technical malfunctions or errors
• Any damage to your computer or device from participating in the Sweepstakes

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason
• Disqualify anyone suspected of cheating, tampering, or violating these rules

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Michigan.
