The Mike Staff Productions Be Mine Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Mike Staff Productions, 13561 S. West Bayshore Dr, Suite 312, Traverse City, MI 49684.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the Entry Period (defined below) (“Participant”). Already booked clients with future wedding dates are eligible to enter.

Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION AND PERIOD:

The Be Mine Giveaway starts at the opening of business on February 1, 2025 and ends at the close of business on February 14, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified. Administrator’s computer will be the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway. Administrator reserves the right to end the Giveaway at any time.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:

Participation in the Be Mine Giveaway constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding. Receiving the Giveaway prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER:

Participants must submit their entry using the official entry form found at MikeStaff.com.

• One entry per person using the entry form.
• Bonus entry: Participants may gain an additional entry by following the official Mike Staff Productions Instagram account (@mikestaffproductions).

Entries deemed to be multiple, bot, automated, or spam (as determined solely by Sponsor or Administrator) will be disqualified. By submitting your information, you agree to receive marketing emails from Mike Staff Productions.

JUDGING:

On or about February 15, 2025, one (1) Participant from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period shall be randomly selected as the Winner.

PRIZE:

The Winner may choose one (1) prize from the following options:

1. FREE Engagement Session: Valued at $395, includes one hour with one photographer, at one location in Metro Detroit, with 100+ images.
2. FREE Raw Videography Footage: Valued at $200.
3. FREE Uplighting Services: Valued at $595, includes 16 lights set up at your reception by a Mike Staff Productions technician.

Additional Conditions:

• Winner’s wedding must take place in Metro Detroit, Michigan.
• No transfer or substitution of the prize is allowed except at the discretion of the Sponsor.
• The value of the prize is taxable as income. The winner must complete a W-9 form and will receive a 1099 MISC for contest winnings.

PRIZE NOTIFICATION AND FULFILLMENT:

The potential Winner will be contacted via email or phone on or about February 15, 2025. The potential Winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate Winner may be selected.

CONSENT AGREEMENT:

By entering the Giveaway, Participants:

1. Agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
2. Consent to the use of their name, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
3. Agree to receive promotional communications from the Sponsor.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their affiliates from any and all liability related to the Giveaway or prizes. Participants further waive any claims for damages, including direct, indirect, or punitive damages.

DISPUTES:

All disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the appropriate courts of the State of Michigan, under Michigan law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Giveaway in the event of technical issues or other impairments. Attempts to undermine the Giveaway may result in legal action.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or any other social media platform.
