The Team Approach is how we coordinate your wedding photographer, videographer, and DJ under one roof. Instead of three separate vendors meeting for the first time on your wedding day, our team plans together, communicates throughout, and arrives already aligned. Can we book just one service, or do we have to book all three?
You can book any combination. Photo only, DJ only, video only, or any mix. Most couples who choose Mike Staff Productions book all three because that’s where the Team Approach really shines, but the choice is yours. See our packages and pricing.
How is this different from hiring three separate vendors?
When you hire three separate companies, the coordination falls on you. Your photographer might not know your DJ. Your videographer might be meeting both of them for the first time at the venue. With us, the entire team plans together from the start, which means the toast gets caught, the first dance gets shot from the right angles, and the timeline actually works. Do we get to choose our photographe and DJ?

What happens if a vendor gets sick or can't make it?
Every Mike Staff Productions wedding has backup pros assigned in advance. If anything happens to your primary photographer, videographer, or DJ, a fully briefed backup is ready to step in. You won’t be scrambling on your wedding day. Read more about our wedding day backup plan.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book Mike Staff Productions 12 to 18 months out, especially for peak Saturdays from May through October. Popular dates and our most-requested team members fill first.
