I launched Mike Staff Productions in 1996 to simplify wedding planning and I’ve never looked back. Now, two decades later, we’ve helped more than 30,000 couples have an awesome wedding. I’ve been honored to gather a team of talented, creative and compassionate professionals who care as much about your special day as I do and as much as you do. Michelle, Vice President
Since 2006, Michelle has been the powerhouse behind the scenes at Mike Staff Productions. From client care to team coordination and everything in between, she’s the glue that keeps it all thriving. With a camera in one hand and a workflow chart in the other, Michelle blends creativity with organization like no one else.
Bonus: As a mother of the bride herself, she knows exactly what couples need—plus, her vinyl collection is as epic as her process spreadsheets.
Vesna, Director of Photography
Vesna doesn’t just capture incredible wedding photos — she leads and inspires the entire Mike Staff Productions photography team. With nearly a decade on our team and a lifetime of experience behind the camera, she’s passionate about turning real moments into timeless art. Vesna trains, mentors, and pushes our photographers to keep getting better, all while constantly sharpening her own craft. On wedding days, she’s not just your photographer — she’s your biggest cheerleader, and by the end of the night, probably a new friend. When she’s not behind the lens, she’s loving life with her beautiful family.
Jason, Director of Videography
With 30+ years of storytelling behind the lens, Jason is the creative force guiding our videography team. He’s passionate about mentoring our videographers and editors, helping them discover their unique talents and bring wedding moments to life. Jason’s favorite part? His expertise in reading the room and keeping the energy high has made thousands of events absolutely electric — and he’ll probably have you cracking up while he works his magic.
Amanda, Wedding Specialist
Amanda may be the newest face on our team, but it feels like she’s been part of the Mike Staff family forever. Having just planned her own wedding, she truly gets what couples are going through — and she brings that personal experience into every conversation. Amanda is calm, kind, and endlessly helpful, making sure every couple she connects with feels confident and cared for. Oh, and she’s also a live wedding painter, so you could say weddings are definitely her thing. When she’s not chatting with brides and grooms, she’s busy loving on her sweet baby girl.

As our Wedding Sales Specialist, Brad guides couples through every decision, from choosing the perfect package to coordinating all the details that make your celebration uniquely yours.
