With that being said Mike Staff Productions paid a visit to one of our favorite local vendors, The Wedding Shoppe!

You may be asking yourself what would a wedding DJ, Photography & Videography company have in common with a bridal dress store? Besides the obvious (weddings) the biggest thing we share: values. The Wedding Shoppe’s team and ours both deeply believe in providing the most remarkable service to our clients from the moment they walk in our door to the moment they say ‘I do’ and beyond! We both love what we do so it never feels like ‘work’.

After 20 years in the bridal fashion world, with more than 500 gowns hanging on their racks, The Wedding Shoppe has learned that bridal fashion is always evolving. One of the most unique aspects about this company is that they have built deep connections with exclusive designers from all corners of the world and creatively partnered with them to style gown concepts for future bridal gown lines.  Just like you can’t find another company that can bundle up to 4 major wedding services together – keep in mind – you’re not going to find Wedding Shoppe wedding dresses anywhere else!

VIP Wedding Dress Shopping Party’s

Here’s out it worked: The Wedding Shoppe shut down their store just for these contest winners and their guests to give them a private wedding dress shopping experience. Mike Staff Productions provided the winner with their own personal DJ to spin their favorite music, a professional wedding photographer & a videographer to document the party. They shopped until they dropped, until the winners said “yes to the dress”!

“This experience is what I imagine celebrities go through when picking out a dress (at least in my head). Everyone at the shop made me feel welcome and special.  I can’t say enough amazing things about my consultant Haley! She really is what made this the best experience it could be. She put my mind at ease when I started to feel overwhelmed with the selection and the amount of input from my party (I am surrounded by strong women in my life). She could read me like a book and knew exactly I would like and dislike, just after having a quick conversation and trying on the first dress.”

As a bride, it was such a different experience to have them “shut down the shop” just for you!! I don’t think it could have been any better. They have so many dresses to choose from and a wide price range, which was pleasantly surprising! I feel like boutique bridal salons are known for crazy prices, but The Wedding Shoppe had BEAUTIFUL gowns for any budget.”

“I had the absolute best time! Walking into The Wedding Shoppe we were greeted with an awesome floral smell and gorgeous dresses – the whole place sparkled. I loved that we were the only ones there and Shawn, the consultant, was amazing. She was able to pull dresses based on the description of dress styles I liked, and she didn’t pressure me into one or the other. She didn’t rush us either, and made sure to tell me that we had all the time we needed, so I knew I wasn’t rushed into this big decision either.”

“It’s crazy, because the first dress I tried on is the one I said yes to! When trying on other dresses, I kept comparing them to that first one. So I had tried on a few different style dresses and my family and friends being there was great because they could help steer me in the right direction. I had finally got my choices down to two (from the same designer) and Shawn had told me, “Don’t rush. Take a seat, drink some wine, think about it”.
