I’m here to help. I launched Mike Staff Productions in 1996 to simplify wedding planning, and I’ve never looked back. Now, two decades later, we’ve helped more than 25,000 couples have an awesome wedding.

Michelle, Vice President
Since 2006, Michelle has been the powerhouse behind the scenes at Mike Staff Productions. From client care to team coordination and everything in between, she’s the glue that keeps it all thriving. With a camera in one hand and a workflow chart in the other, Michelle blends creativity with organization like no one else.
Bonus: As a mother of the bride herself, she knows exactly what couples need—plus, her vinyl collection is as epic as her process spreadsheets.
Vesna, Director of Photography
Vesna doesn’t just capture incredible wedding photos — she leads and inspires the entire Mike Staff Productions photography team. With nearly a decade on our team and a lifetime of experience behind the camera, she’s passionate about turning real moments into timeless art. Vesna trains, mentors, and pushes our photographers to keep getting better, all while constantly sharpening her own craft. On wedding days, she’s not just your photographer — she’s your biggest cheerleader, and by the end of the night, probably a new friend. When she’s not behind the lens, she’s loving life with her beautiful family.
Jason, Director of Videography
With 30+ years of storytelling behind the lens, Jason is the creative force guiding our videography team. He’s passionate about mentoring our videographers and editors, helping them discover their unique talents and bring wedding moments to life. Jason’s favorite part? Reading the heartfelt reviews from couples who trusted us with their memories.
Off the clock, you’ll find him spinning vinyl, quoting Star Wars, or enjoying a scoop of Moose Tracks.
Randy, Director of Entertainment
Randy has been part of the Mike Staff Productions family since the very beginning — way back in 1997! As our Director of Entertainment, he’s the mastermind behind creating unforgettable experiences that get everyone on the dance floor. From coordinating with our DJ team to curating the perfect playlist for your celebration, Randy ensures every moment flows seamlessly. His expertise in reading the room and keeping the energy high has made thousands of events absolutely electric — and he’ll probably have you cracking up while he works his magic.
Amanda, Wedding Specialist
Amanda may be the newest face on our team, but it feels like she’s been part of the Mike Staff family forever. Having just planned her own wedding, she truly gets what couples are going through — and she brings that personal experience into every conversation. Amanda is calm, kind, and endlessly helpful, making sure every couple she connects with feels confident and cared for. Oh, and she’s also a live wedding painter, so you could say weddings are definitely her thing. When she’s not chatting with brides and grooms, she’s busy loving on her sweet baby girl.
Brad, Director of Entertainment
Brad isn’t just one of our most talented DJs — he’s the guy who makes sure your wedding vision becomes reality from day one. As our Wedding Sales Specialist, Brad guides couples through every decision, from choosing the perfect package to coordinating all the details that make your celebration uniquely yours. He’s the bridge between your dreams and your big day, helping you navigate everything with his signature calm confidence. Whether he’s crafting your timeline or answering your questions at 10 PM, Brad’s all about making sure your wedding planning experience is as smooth as your dance floor will be.
Lauren, Marketing & Brand Communications Manager
If you’ve ever double-tapped a dreamy wedding teaser or saved a swipe-worthy inspo post, chances are Lauren was behind it. Since 2017, she’s been the voice of Mike Staff Productions online — sharing love stories, helpful tips, and major wedding inspo across every platform. Lauren knows firsthand how valuable the right tools and team are (she’s a Mike Staff bride herself!), and now she helps future couples discover what works. From social posts to swoon-worthy galleries, she keeps our brand as fresh as her queso game.
Ashli, Production Manager
If you think Mike Staff outsources editing — think again. Ashli runs our in-house editing team with precision, passion, and a seriously sharp eye for detail. As Production Manager, she ensures every wedding gallery is delivered on time and beautifully polished.
With countless wedding seasons under her belt, Ashli knows how to spot the moments that matter most — and loves reliving all the joy through our couples’ images. When she’s not leading the post-production magic, she’s sipping tea, quoting The Office, or soaking up newlywed life.
Audrey, Administrative Support
Audrey has been the steady hand behind the scenes at Mike Staff Productions for years, making sure everything runs smoothly so love stories can take center stage. As our bookkeeper and admin powerhouse, she handles all the important details that keep the business humming. Audrey’s generosity, kindness, and eye for detail make her an essential part of the Mike Staff Productions family — and a big reason we’re able to help so many couples bring their wedding visions to life.

We find our photographers, videographers and DJs by non-stop networking in the wedding community, and then after thorough background checks and an intense 118-point certification process, we invite only the best to join our team.

Emergencies happen, but that’s not your problem to solve. It’s ours.
We answer our 24-hour emergency line by the second ring—most importantly, though, when you hire one of our team members, we immediately secure a backup. We actually pay another certified team member to be completely prepared and waiting by the phone, just in case.
