Absolutely! While our Team Approach offers the best value and coordination, you’re welcome to book photography, DJ, or videography separately. Many couples start with one service and add others as their budget allows. We’ll still provide the same exceptional quality and professionalism regardless of how many services you choose.

When you bundle two or more services, you automatically save up to 15% compared to booking each service separately. You’ll receive one consolidated quote, one contract, and one invoice—making everything simpler. During your consultation, we’ll walk you through package options and show you exactly what you’ll save with each combination.

With 30 years and 10,000+ weddings under our belt, we’ve worked at virtually every wedding venue in Metro Detroit—from historic ballrooms to modern barns, country clubs to waterfront estates. We’re preferred vendors at many top venues, meaning we know the spaces, the lighting, and the best spots for photos. If you’ve chosen a venue, chances are we’ve been there dozens of times and can share insider tips to make your day even better.

We have experienced backup professionals for every service we offer. If your assigned team member can’t make it for any reason, we’ll immediately send our scheduled back-up vendor that already knows the details of your wedding. You’ll never be left without coverage, and the replacement will have access to all your planning details so there’s no disruption to your day.

For the best availability and team selection, we recommend booking 9-12 months before your wedding date. Peak season (May through October) and popular dates like Saturdays in June fill up even faster—sometimes 12-18 months out. That said, we’ve successfully coordinated beautiful weddings with just a few months’ notice when our schedule allows. Contact us as soon as you have a date to check our availability.

Absolutely! Once you book with us, you’ll get access to our full team roster with video profiles and sample work. You can handpick the exact professionals you want for each service—many couples do this based on style preferences or personality fit. 

We have a full-time wedding team available 7 days a week to answer all questions. Instead of managing separate email threads with three vendors, you send one message and we handle the rest. We use shared planning documents so your entire team stays on the same page about your timeline, must-have shots, and special requests.

The difference is accountability and practice. When vendors just “know each other,” they’re still running separate businesses with separate priorities. Our team has worked together on hundreds of weddings using the same systems, communication protocols, and timeline strategies. We rehearse together, we problem-solve together, and if something goes wrong, there’s no finger-pointing—we’re one company taking full responsibility for your entire day.

Not only do we offer the lowest retainers in metro Detroit, but your final payment isn’t due until 30 days before the wedding.  You can make payments along the way or at the end, allowing you control and budget flexibility.
