Our Love Story
My fiancé proposed in Tulum, Mexico when we were on a trip for my birthday that was postponed due to COVID-19. He proposed to my favorite song during dinner on our second night there. I had no idea it was going to happen!
We met our Sophomore year of college at Ohio State University at a football tailgate through mutual friends. I took his red bandana he was wearing and he said I could wear it as long as he got my phone number to get the bandana back. We have been together almost 7 years now.
Our Wedding Vision
We were envisioning our wedding as bright, relaxed, and surrounded by friends and family in Clarkston, Michigan. We’re pretty relaxed people and wanted the wedding to reflect that.
Our Wedding Photography
Our wedding photographer, Greg, was amazing! He was relaxed and professional which helped us both feel comfortable and not like there was a camera person just following us around – he made it fun and memorable! He gave us a lot of options during the wedding day for places to take pictures and would ask us if we liked the idea before we took some photos.
The photos are so important to us, as well as friends and family, since there were so many people there and we want to make sure we remember as much as possible!
Our Wedding Videography
When people say “your wedding day goes fast”, they were definitely right! We were excited to have the wedding video so that we can recall all the details that we might’ve forgotten in the rush of the day. We are excited to see it soon!
Our Wedding DJ
DJ Kyle was very professional and knew how to get control of the attendees so they were informed about what was happening next and where they needed to focus. Our wedding DJ also helped us stick to the schedule but let us have our free time as well to mingle with everyone.
Our Wedding Memories
Korrin’s mom gave everyone red bandanas while we were taking sunset pictures around Shepherd’s Hollow so after our first dance, everyone was swinging them around in the air – we had no idea!
Both of us had choreographed dances with our dad and mom which went and looked great!
