Our Love Story
Travis and I met when I was 16 working at Jets Pizza. We took a long time to come together but once we did we knew it was forever. Travis asked my parent’s permission to marry me at my older sister’s wedding. Two weeks later we were leaving for a cruise to continue celebrating their new marriage. On the last night of the cruise, my mom asked us to go take pictures before dinner with the sunset. Little did I know, Travis had talked to my mom and new brother-in-law prior to this tell them he wanted to purpose. I being food-driven, was worried we were going to miss dinner. During pictures on the top deck of the ship he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes!
Our Wedding Vision
We wanted our wedding to be simple and truly about us and our friends and family. We went for the simply romantic feel with touches of Travis and I throughout it.
Our Wedding DJ
Our professional wedding DJ, Randy, was amazing. I still get comments on him. I don’t think there was a song that people weren’t dancing to.
Our Wedding Videography
Having a wedding video was important to us because two things are going to remind you of that day pictures and the video. Being able to go back and listen to my husband actually speaking to me on that day is a gift.
Our Wedding Memories
Our favorite moment was getting to do our first look and having time for just the two of us out on the golf course before the ceremony. It allowed us to talk to one another without being interrupted and take in the moment before our ceremony.
