Our Love Story
Ben proposed one early Sunday, cold morning over a cup of coffee. He started sharing a poem he made. It was the first time that he read a poem for me, romantically putting together sweet words of how our life unfolded over the past 6 years together.
Our Wedding Vision
We wanted a vintage, rustic overall feel to the wedding. Every detail to depict the kind of couple that we are – adventurous travelers, laidback and old-soul natured humans.
Our Wedding Photography
Our professional wedding photographers, Jessica and her husband were lovely to work with. They’re carefree, and helped us relax more on the day of our wedding, capturing blissful moments on that day.
Our Wedding DJ
Baby Shark and Indian Bhangra had everyone on the dance floor! Our first dance was Come Rain or Come Shine by Ray Charles – it represents our deep commitment for each other, no matter what the season of our lives may be. The artist also spent some time to in Detroit, during the high days of Motown period.
Our Wedding Videography
It would be a great reminder to relive the day and be able to share it to loved ones who aren’t able to fly to Detroit during the wedding.

Riding the Ford Model T from the Church to the Ford Piquette Plant along the historic Woodward Avenue in a cold January Day. Also loved the unique touch of the reception venue.
